Ewes!!!! Knew most of this before reading. The book. Guess we will have to live in a giant plastic bubble to be safe and never ever leave our unsafe, e. Colin contaminated homes.

So you think u know all about germs ? Read this and wash your hands !

Shouldn't the people who spread such scare stories feel even a slight obligation to describe the likelihood of being sickened by such scenarios, i.e. how many documented cases of human illness have been attributed to eating birthday cake after your kids blew out the candles?I did a brief search of PubMed, and I can find no record that the "studies" performed by this duo were published in peer-reviewed journals, where such commentary (actual epidemiological commentary) might be required by a responsible editor.

Read the whole thing today but i skimmed thru i tro and stuff too sciency :) but this is a great book!!! Menues were a shocker!!!! And also gloved hands vs bare hands! Ive been funky about lots of things and this book just proves that i was right :) knew about hand dryers and never use them. And yes, many times see and hear other ppl leave bathroom either not washing hands or just using water no soap. Great book. Thank you!!!! And to answer the author's question-im not fascinated with bacteria but i do make time to read although i do have a full time job. But no cable so that helps. Thank you!!!

I have read all of the currently published “Children of the Gods” series. I’m waiting anxiously for the next installment to come out! I have thoroughly enjoyed the series so far! I’m not a fan of romance novels and don’t particularly like racy, sexual exploits, unless they bring something to the storyline. This series has it all, and it didn’t phase me at all negatively - in fact, it all seemed to belong and enhance the story.How the author kept all of the storylines straight, through so many volumes - is nothing short of mind blowing! There are so many characters, each with a fully-formed, and fleshed-out (no pun intended) story of their own.I have recommended this series to all of my friends - which I don’t do very often.I’m not looking forward to the end of the series, but I know it’s inevitable.

I'm not usually a fan of fiction like this, but it was so enthralling and the concepts interesting and the plots mezmerising and the characters so interesting and fascinating and beautiful I was kept up night after night and kept downloading the next follow-up to what was going on. It's such a believable concept, while of course fantasy, but the two keep you believing and following what was going on and wanting MORE! I T Lucas has hit on something great! I want more! -- spent a fortune following all the follow-ups! But, I don't care. It was totally entertaining!

I'm into the 9th book of the children of the gods. This series is addictive, memorable characters, great plot with lots of twists, and the steamy sex that is the hallmark of this series. I'll miss this series when I've completed it and definitely look for more by I.T. Lucas. Incredibly talented and interesting writer.

Book 7 is only half of Nathalie and Andrew's story which is continued in Book 8. To thoroughly enjoy this series all books need to be read in order. The intricate detail of all the key characters is vital in understanding this immortal world. I am looking forward to Book 8!

I was hooked from the first book, signed up for Kindle Unlimited so I could binge through the series, (and thank you for making that available) and I hope you write many more books for me to enjoy.

Once again, this series is great. Anyone who likes ancient history, mythology and modern burdens of the world today will love these books. Ms Lucas is a master at weaving story lines that are pertinent to today as well as informative about the past!

I'm seriously hooked on this series. Andrew and Nathalie are sweet together. Nathalie is a coffee shop owner and a baker and her life is taken over by running her small business and taking care of her father who suffers from dementia. Seems like she would have nothing in common with Andrew but the attraction is immediate.

My grandson just turned 3 and is really loving having stories read to him as he learns to read himself. Can you ever go wrong with Dr. Suess?? I don't think so. Dr. Suess has a great way of "speaking" to imaginations. Highly recommend all.

One of my favorite books as a child and now my children, ages 5, 5 and 8 laugh and love these books as much as I did. We always buy the hardcovers of the classic books so I will have a library when grandkids come along. I realize kindles and iPads are taking over but there's nothing like having those books and pictures in your hand when you're little.

Got this for a neighbor's boy who's turning 6. Only skimmed the 1st story but it's a really good one about a turtle (cover) & how he takes advantage of a bunch of other turtles' kindness so he can be "king of the mountain" (I paraphrased). Well, of course, they finally get fed-up & he topples down. Just like some people, dictators, rulers. Also, the price is a whole lot less than what the publisher wanted.

Many adults do not realize there are Dr. Seuss books for older children. Sadly few children are exposed to them. In a recent pretest, it was apparent only one of fifty students was familiar with this classic. Ted Geisel not only wished to teach our children how to read, but make them think about the world around them.I use Yertle in my classroom to demonstrate two types of government. I challenge you to look up Dr. Seuss' "big books" and search out what he has to say to you and your children today.

I remember this story from my childhood. It is still just as great today. I wanted to pass it on to my great nephews so they could enjoy it as well. My nephew used to beg for this story every day. He is now in his 30s and I had to get a copy for his son. I am so glad it is still available for sale.

One of the best children's books of all time. I loved this as a kid and bought it in leu of upcoming baby showers. I read it to my husband and we laughed so much we decided to keep it (we don't yet have children).

I read this book to my children when they were little and now I purchased this copy for my grandchildren. When I read them the stories they asked me to re-read again and again. Then they joined me talking about the turtles and Yertle being King of the Mud. In the second story they loved and laughed about the bird's name "Lola Lee Lu" and in the third story they were telling me all about the bragging bunny. I truly love sharing this book with my grandchildren. Since it has 3 stories, you can read them one at a time and have more for later.

An absolute classic and totally relevant today. My 4yr old granddaughter loves listening to Seuss's wonderful prose and loves the art. This was my favorite as a little girl and as an adult, it is still fun to read.
